First you need to order placement. Submit an application for your package: weight, sizes, costs…
Then connect with the traveler, as the Teleport shares it with the traveler community and travelers bid to deliver it by making offers.
Choose the offer and pay for the delivery via Teleport secure payments (PayPal, Stripe & etc.)
Coordinate time and public place to pass your package.
If a Sender rejects delivery and does not confirm the delivery of the package and requesting reimbursement, Teleport will refund the payment for the services to the Sender if Teleport determines that the Sender cancelled the transaction for a Valid Reason.
Valid Reasons for canceling the transaction are:
- The Package delivered did not match the Package sent by the Sending Member or
- The Package is damaged or broken.
Further, Teleport will not process a reimbursement unless the Sender notifies Teleport of the delivery delay or the non-conformity of the package within 24 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery and, in the case of a non-conforming package, unless the Sender provides Teleport with evidence of the package’s non-conformity with the request.
In any case, the Transaction is cancelled by one or both of the sides, Teleport’s commission is non-refundable.
Teleport doesn’t have coverage for a package loss by the airline. Usually airlines have coverage for baggage loss, so your airline needs to provide it to you.

We strongly recommend the Travelers not to accept any closed package for both parties' safety. The Sender and the Traveler must comply with the country's regulations regarding customs and imported goods.
You have the total right to check the items of the package. You will have to pack it yourself in your bag and carry it , so you have to be sure what’s inside your bag.

When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can receive the client's personal and banking data. Payment is carried out by bank cards through Kiwi Bank (JSC) CB of RF № 2241.
VISA, MasterCard, MIR cards are accepted for payment.
On the page for entering bank card data, you will need to enter: bank card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All the necessary data is on the card itself, the CCV security code is three numbers that are on the back of the card. After that you will be directed to the page of your bank to enter the security code that you will receive via SMS. If the code does not come, you should contact the bank where the card was issued.
